  • Cleaning: Excessive mud, debris, or stains ($[Price]).

  • Late Fees: Returns more than [30/60] minutes past the scheduled time.

Yes! We know that getting a trailer to your location can sometimes be the hardest part of the job. We offer delivery and pick-up services to help make your project as seamless as possible.

• Local Delivery: We offer flat-rate delivery within College Station and Bryan. ($20 Local Delivery Fee)

• Extended Reach: For deliveries outside the immediate BCS area (Caldwell, Navasota, Hearne, Brenham etc.), we charge a per-mile fee to cover fuel and time. ($3 Per Mile Round Trip)

• Scheduling: Delivery must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we have a driver available.

Note: Someone must be present at the delivery location to sign the rental agreement and show a valid ID and insurance.

• Proof of Insurance: We need a copy of your current auto insurance card for the vehicle doing the towing.

• Liability: You are responsible for any damage caused to the trailer during the rental period.

• Check with your agent: We highly recommend a quick 2-minute call to your insurance agent to ask: 'Does my policy cover a non-owned rental trailer for physical damage?'

If your insurance doesn't cover the trailer itself, you will be financially responsible for any repairs or replacement costs."

Here is how our multi-day bookings typically work:

• Daily Rates (24 Hours): Our standard rental period is 24 hours. If you pick up at 10:00 AM on Monday and return by 10:00 AM on Tuesday, that counts as one day.

• Multi-Day Discounts: For longer projects, we offer reduced rates. Generally, the longer you keep the unit, the lower the daily cost becomes.

• Weekly & Monthly Rates: If you’re a contractor or homeowner with a major renovation, we have weekly and monthly blocks available at our most competitive pricing.

Most modern half-ton trucks (like an F-150 or Silverado 1500) are capable of towing around 10,000 lbs, and all of our rental units stay under that weight. However, you must factor in the weight of your cargo plus the weight of the trailer itself to ensure you stay within your vehicle's specific limits.

Modifications & Cancellations

Yes, we understand that plans change! Here is how we handle updates to your booking:

Modifications: You can modify your reservation (dates, times, or trailer type) at any time, subject to availability. Just give us a call as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule. If your modification results in a higher rental rate, the difference will be due at the time of the change.

Cancellations:

• More than 24 hours notice: Full refund of any deposit or payment made.

• Less than 24 hours notice: A $100 cancellation fee will be charged. At our discretion, we may apply this as a 6-month rental credit toward your next reservation instead.

No-Shows: If you do not arrive within 2 hours of your scheduled pickup time without contacting us, your reservation will be cancelled and the full first day's rental fee will be forfeited.
